Bilal Kabaklı was born in 1988 in İzmir. He was so interested in computer and software technologies even in childhood. So went to a computer vocational high school in İzmir.

At the beginning of his education period, he was thinking of being a software specialist. However, after getting familiar with concepts of 'Instructional Technologies', 'Distance Education' and 'Feedback', his understanding of technology has changed. 

Now, he is completing his university education in Middle East Technical University, Ankara.

He is also addicted to photography, a maniac music listener, nature lover, certified orienteering athlete & trainer, and finally, still a student.
